will need landing records to verify your landings (see President's
Newsletter, Dec. 15). Depending on your fishing activities
there are 3 forms. Click on the appropriate area(s) you
need. They are in ,pdf format so can open in Acrobat. You
can then print and forward to the address on them. There
is a charge for some of forms.

here to download an order form. Price has been changed slightly to reflect costs. $100 for first book, $10 ea. for extra copies (taxes incl.).
